UPDATED REVIEW.. James contacted me and I have received my gorgeous bear and a discount voucher code as a goodwill gesture. Thank you James for sorting this. I have now given a 5 star rating. Ive placed a few orders with Bear Burners and always been extremely happy, I did switch from wax to candles and they have always been amazing. HOWEVER, I placed an order end of November when there was a free teddy bear with orders over £35 placed via the website. I placed an order for £51.94. Candles arrived as beautiful as alwsys but no bear. I emailed on 4th December I got an automated response saying they aim to get back to me within 48hrs. Nothing, I emailed again, and again and again before Christmas. I had emailed James and Hello @ bear burners. I messaged via the messages on the website, I messaged via FB and WhatsApp. Nothing. 9th Jan I messaged again and was informed all emails were responded to before Christmas! All I got was the we aim to respond in 48hours, that was on 4th Dec. Rach responded on 9th Jan saying could I send the original email and she would look into it. I did I sent SS of everything I had sent on FB messenger and via email. Still no response. I messaged via FB again on Wednesday 14th Jan to get an automated response thank you gor getting in touch we sim to respond in 48hours and still not a word. Ok I know its only a teddy bear but that's not the point its the principal. What if I had received Ed the wrong order or something was broken, would I still be waiting for a response? Disappointed in the customer service to be honest.
