Once the wax melt is removed and the burner is completely cooled down, simply wipe away any residue with a soft damp cloth or cotton pad. if you are cleaning an electric burner, ensure it is unplugged before hand.

UNLESS YOUR PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS SAY OTHERWISE, PLEASE ONLY USE WAX BURNERS TO HEAT YOUR MELTS. OIL BURNERS FROM OTHER SUPPLIERS MAY NOT BE SUITABLE. ALWAYS READ THE LABEL PRIOR TO USE.

Our wicks are pre trimmed prior to packaging, if your wick does begin to curl, wait until you candle has cooled down and trim it to 5mm.

to prevent your candle from tunneling, ensure your initial burn is long enough for the  top of the candle to pool evenly. this will allow the candle to burn consistently for its whole use.

being mindful of where they are placed, most manufacturers will reccomend 3-4 hours. please read the guidance supplied with the burner you are using prior to use.

in most cases, burners stop working due to blown bulbs. if you feel this is the case, please contact us and we can supply a replacment.
